(More customer reviews)I've had this watch for 3.5 months now and I can say it is really great.It's too bad the there have been significant price increases in the Swiss watches over the summer.

For the size, this watch is very light weight at less than 98g. The light weight and titanium build make it very comfortable even on hot days.The watch as a nice band with a push-release and safety catch. I like it better than my other Traser Auto Pro, which does not have a push-release. The watch was supplied with the proper manual, which can be very useful for a chronograph. Obviously the Tritium Illumination is killer... that is why you buy this watch... if you don't need that... then you should spend the money on features you want.

If there was one thing I could change it would be the white lettering on the tachymeter; I would really prefer black. Then if I could change one more thing I would rather have the large second hand indicate the seconds when the chronograph is not in use rather than the 3OC subdial, this is easier to read and the hand would not interfere with the large date display at 12OC. These are fairly standard for Chronograph movements though so I accept them.They are minor really.

(More customer reviews)I have had this model watch for 4 years and only just needed the battery replaced.It still looks new and keeps great time and the glow feature still works perfectly.Dressy enough for work, rugged enough for play. Traser and Luminox watches are both made by MB Microtec of Switzerland and are essentially the same watches in different models.

I lost mine three days ago in a bicycle/car accident - the car won. Will buy another after a few more searches of the crash site.

(More customer reviews)The item arrived promptly and as advertised except that it had a dead battery.I thought this unusual for a new watch, but customer service was very helpful, and told me to get the battery replaced and that they would reimburse for the expense.I replaced the battery myself and the watch worked fine.All in all, the watch was a fine product at a reasonable price.The experience with the battery was only a minor nuissance.Overall, a nice watch for the money.

(More customer reviews)I've been wearing my Traser P5904 for a little over a month now. It's all metal, though not very magnetic (a magnet will stick to the bezel but not very solidly). The black PVD coating seems very durable - no scratches or worn spots yet, and I do tend to bang the watch around as I'm doing stuff. I haven't scratched the crystal yet either.

The watchband has a metal folding clasp with push buttons and safety lock. You will likely need to visit a jeweler to have the band sized to fit your wrist, as this involves adding or removing links in most cases. A local jeweler charged me $7 to do the job.

Setting the time and date is simple and straightforward.

The dial is VERY readable in all light conditions, and underwater too. It's very visible in the dark, and of course you don't have to press a button or anything. You just look at the watch when you need to know the time. The glow will not fade for 20+ years, even if it's in the dark the whole time (unlike 'Lumiglo' or similar watches which charge up the glow-stuff in bright light).

This watch is simple, solid, and dependable. Weighty but not overly heavy. It is not flashy but neither is it ugly. I expect to be happily wearing this watch a decade or two from now. 5 stars.

(More customer reviews)First off the watch looks much better in person than it does in the few (lousy) photos online.It's pretty beefy at 42mm. There is also a 48mm version of the same watch which is simply gigantic, but that seems to be the trend these days.It keeps accurate time. I just bought mine a week ago so I haven't slammed it around much but it feels really strong so far. One great feature is the tritium (always on radioactive glowing material encased in small glass tubes) that you're able to see in the dark. They're placed at each hour and on the hands. Yes, it's radioactive material on your wrist!Amazingly the stuff always glows - never gets dim and is guaranteed to last 25 years.It also makes cheap replicas difficult to produce since this material has to be approved by the government before entering the usa.Very few companies have permission. The only downside is the manual.It's worthless and doesn't explain anything about this model watch or what the 2 buttons do. One seems to reset the chrono while the other starts it... but that's all I can figure out so far. I normally go for automatic movement (no batteries needed) but this watch was so cool looking I had to get it.
