(More customer reviews)I bought this watch from another vendor(not from Amazon), when delivered the pointer of the sub-dial at the 6 o'clock was missing and was stock in different area of the dial, when I call to return the watch and ask to the item be replaced they told me that this specific set from Invicta was call back as a recall because the same thing happened to a lot of customers(been defective).

I will definitely recommend the brand because I have like 30 different watches from them and no problems at all with the other watches, I just will not recommend this specific set.

Screw Down Crowns: Many Invicta watches are equipped with a screw down crown to help prevent water infiltration. This is most common on our Diver models. In order to adjust the date and/or time on such a watch, you must first unscrew the crown before you can gently pull it out to its first or second click stop position. To do this, simply rotate the crown counterclockwise until it springs open. When you have finished setting the watch, the crown must then be pushed in and screwed back in tightly. Not doing so will cancel the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from the manufacturer. Overall, this process should not require a lot of effort or force.

(More customer reviews)All in all I am very happy with the watch.It has a beautiful face and is very easy to read even in low light.The only drawback is the overall size of the watch.It is almost 2 inches by 2 inches in size which is a lot larger than I thought when I saw it online.Regardless, I like the watch and would recommend it to anyone interested in an excellent deal on a very fine watch.

(More customer reviews)Invicta's 3972 Square Corduba is my second Corduba watch and first in this series square style.This is a big and unique watch that has a prominent round satin finish gold plated raised bezel whose top edge is 3-millimeters wide.This bezel is raised 3-millimeters above the square plate it's affixed to and is flush with all four sides of the square casing.The satin finish gold plate is secured by four polished gold hex head screws strategically placed in the four corners of the watch's square case. The satin black case contrasts with its polished black chronograph pushers and crown. Using this platform Invicta showcases their exquisitely colored ivory dial with its glossy black enamel hour markers and luminous minute and hour hands. This is a boldly different, stylish and sharp looking watch!

There are three complications on this watches' ivory dial.A three-day date window is at three o'clock, a sixty second sub-dial at six o'clock and an elapsed sixty-minute chronograph sub-dial at twelve o'clock.All of these complications are subtlety outlined with silver. This watch is listed as paired with a cloth strap. However, my watch arrived with a 4-millimeter thick black calf skin leather strap and buckle with ivory stitching.This strap amply supports the watch but required breaking in a few days to fit comfortably. This is a lot of watch for the $133.00 price I paid on Amazon two weeks ago. Now it is a steal as I write this review at the current Amazon "Friday Sale" price of $113.05.If you are sitting on the fence considering this watch, I say grab it before the price rises.

I'll call it my "Big Orange" Very nice looking on the wrist and easy to see. All the hands glow in the dark. Crystal is domed and may bump things and so I'll have to be careful. Band is a bright orange and fits great. Would make a great gift. I recommend it for guys or even ladies who may like big watches. I've had GREAT luck with Invicta watches and own several.

Casio Men's GW1400DA-4AV G-Shock Atomic Solar Watch Review

(More customer reviews)Looks very solid, but feels a bit heavy on the wrist.The accuracy of radio controlled ("atomic")timepieces is beyond compare.So if the "atomic signal" can be received, a $10,000+ Swiss watch will not be any more accurate.Looks like it can take a beating. A nice touch is the glass crystal, which doesn't scratch like the plastic ones. The only real issue I have is that unlike other Casio atomic watches, there is no visible receiving indicator to tell if it has indeed synched with the atomic clock in Colorado.However, being that I own several atomic watches and clocks, I can easily see that this Casio is in sync.Looks a bit casual, but much less so than the plastic G-Shock watches.Also, the analog dial, to me, is much more appealing than all-digital. All in all, a very good watch at a reasonble price. I'd rate it 4 1/2 stars.NOTE: If you are looking for a multiple alarm, databank-type watch, or one with barometers, etc. this is not the one. There are plenty of other Casio models out there.If you are looking for basic, ACCURATE solar-powered time, this is the one.

Follow-up:The new reviewer "J. Tashima" in Los Angeles is correct.You can push a button to receive "GET" which tells you the last date and time of signal reception.However, other Casio atomics have a visual "antenna" symbol, which lets you know that it has received, without having to push a button. Seems to be much more convenient, although this criticism is minor. I have noticed that the reception is slightly more "touchy" for me than the other three Casio Atomics I own, two of which are much cheaper all-digital models.The key to this one is finding a good location in your house. Holding (instead of pushing) the bottom right button (same as the "GET"), activates the manual receive function.The signal strength is shown in bars.This greatly assists in the proper placement for reception. By the way, I totally agree with "J. Tashima"...excellent review!
