Rubber band has a nice texture and doesn't get uncomfortable when you have worn it for a long time. I have a tag heuer and swiss army victorinox and this watch is right up there with them.

(More customer reviews)I've owned this watch for 3 years now.I wear it daily, and often wear it when hiking, camping, etc.I'm pretty hard on watches, and this one has stayed with me and I've yet to put any significant marks on it.The flyback chrono is cool, if a little hard to read in low light.The compass works for rough work.The luminous coating is very bright, but not especially long lasting.Is this a tactical watch?No.It's functional fashion, but the colors and design are unique and it is durable.The band on mine was perfect.It has NEVER let go unexpectedly.I'm getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan and have no problem taking it along for in garrison work.A solid watch at a very good price.The only minor problem I had was some of the printing on the face peeled off in the very edges.At first it bothered me, then I just couldn't see it any more.

(More customer reviews)This is the classic good news, bad news proposition.This is a very handsome watch, eye cathing, especially with its 46mm size. The sapphire crystal is coated so there is practically no glare on the dial making it ALMOST easy to read.

The hand that shows the second time zone is just way too small. Its fussy to change and counter intuitive. If someone really needs to be able to quickly read a second time zone this is not the watch you want. With my glasses on it was very difficult without them totally forget it.

From reading the tags and labels seems like the movement was designed in Germany under Sigma Six standards but built in the Philipines. Other gripe - did not receive the alligator styled ban as always shown. Nice calf band with white stitches. Looks good but is not as advertised.

other features are cool- the digital compass, chronograph, etc.

Bottom line - fun, sports watch for kicking around but not a serious tool.
