If you love gadgets this is your watch. It is undeniably cool, what with the hands whizzing around the face at a mere touch of the sapphire crystal.I looked at the other T-Touch watches, which are also excellent gizmos, but I realized that I didn't need an altimeter, barometer, temperature gauge and compass since I really don't do serious mountaineering.I am a frequent traveler, though, and a watch that instantly switches between 5 time zones, has an alarm and a backlit display and can go snorkeling sounded perfect. It is stylish and functional and I can recommend it with some caveats. It is very bulky, one half inch thick. There is a big learning curve and it can be frustrating to set.The instructions are cryptic but here are two hints: 1. You can't set the time in the T-World mode, only swap out the time zone.Once you've swapped the time zone you adjust it in the current time zone mode (tap the center of the face 3 times) 2. Don't try to manually adjust the watch hands in "Synchro" mode... just don't. Since it's a pain to create a new time zone, I would have liked to have had 6 or 8 to switch between instead of 5 (all zones are programmed into the watch but only 5 are displayable at a time). If you can jump these hurdles you will like the watch.Once you've figured out the setup it is easy to operate and you will wow your friends.Eat your heart out, James Bond.

I admit it, I'm a watch junkie... I have scores of watches. This new T-touch is my all time favorite. It is light weight, it is high tech yet low key.
The leather band clasps like a metal band so you don't have to fumble every time you put it on. The touch screen is really cool.... just push the crown button once then place your finger on any of six places on the dial and you can view the info instantly. the hands move out of the way for easy viewing of data in the LCD display, and return to their proper place in a few seconds. The compass feature is the best of all, it has to be seen in action!

This watch seems to weigh in at half that of my other tech. watches. I forget I'm wearing it.

Product Description:
Tissot brings its tradition of technological innovation to the T-Touch titanium men's analog/digital watch, which offers eight separate functions that are easily accessible via the watch's touch screen. In addition to precise, Swiss-manufactured timing features, the T-Touch also offers an altimeter, compass, thermometer, and barometer for tracking meteorological trends. The different functions are listed around the edge of the dial--just press that area of the dial to activate it. The watch case is made from solid titanium, which is nearly 50 percent lighter than steel, but 30 percent stronger. It's also particularly resistant to salt water corrosion, as well as hypo-allergenic--perfect for those with metal allergies.
The digital chronograph enables you to time events up to 10 hours, displaying results to 1/10th of a second, and it offers standard start/stop functionality as well as a split (intermediate) function. The large round silver stainless steel watch case measures 43mm (1.69 inches) wide and is topped by a rounded, bidirectional rotating bezel with engraved directional markings. It has a black dial face with large, luminous orange hands. Other features include an orange rubber strap, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet).
