(More customer reviews)I had to return the watch as it was broken. When I enquired as to the replacement they said they had given me a refund even though the watch was still available on the site. What made the whole thing irritating was that JTVand Shop at Home have different item numbers, invoice numbers and even though they are the same company neither one knows how the other operates. For example JTV were quite adament that they had no watches being sold on Amazon. Therefore my dealings with customer service were incredibly frustrating. When eventually we ended up the same page they told me I had been issued a refund although the watch is available on their website and Amazon. As the watch was a gift I think it defeats the purpose to give me a refund ifthe watch is available. Perhaps a phone call/email to ask if I would like a refund would have been a good idea. Finally just for good measure I can call back later and order it again. I don't think so I will be going to a regular store.
Shopping on the web sometimes works but in the case of JTV it doesn't. I just wasted too much time and experienced their incompetance. My advice don't buy from JTV it is not worth the time or effort
