(More customer reviews)I purchased this exact watch from another dealer. The watch is attractive, but the 6 1/2 inch length is short and I needed an additional link for the bracelet. I was told to call Movado who would send up to 2 links at no charge. At this price, I certainly expected that! I called customer service and they gave me a confirmation number, and said they would send me the link I needed in about 3 weeks. Then...nothing.I called back after a month, they told me there is a charge of $150 per link so they had, on their own, cancelled the order, and never bothered to called me. I will NEVER buy anything Movado again.
