The slender rectangular case is made of rose-gold stainless steel, offering both strength and style to the watch. The thick bezel features two rows of shimmering diamonds to the left and right of the face and draw attention to the large Roman numerals engraved in the bezel for the one, five, six, seven, 11, and 12 o'clock hours. Small silver hour and minute hands tick inside a box displayed on a brown and red mother-of-pearl dial. Four square-cut diamonds twinkle at the three, six, nine, and 12 o'clock, while long lines extend from the box around the hands to mark the hours in between. The band is made of brown textured leather, a dark background to the bright bezel, and closes with a steel buckle. (More customer reviews)I bought this watch....its awesome and a lifetime watch....the gold is soft though and if you are active person like me, you will ding it a few times here and there, but i was told most dings in this watch are easily polished out for a few hundred bucks.if you don't have a watch winder the watch stops after about 40 hours.but its awesome to look at and fun to wear. very heavy...

this midsize face sits low + snug. it contours to the shape of the wrist + is perfectly sized. all the metal + links are smooth.. not like some of the other super-expensive brands I tried.

I had this watch on everyday + the 'battle-scar' scratches show the rough wear I put it through :) after 10 years, the automatic-movement needed an 'over-haul' due to wear + tear. since this is my 1 + only luxury watch, I thought it would last forever + had not taken better care of it by sending it for regular servicing.. it only had 1 service in it's 8th year.

still extremely satisfied with this finely crafted timeless beauty!

Pros: I am pleased with my April 2010 Cartier Ladies 18k Gold/SS Roadster! When I first saw it, I knew it was made for me and I felt blessed to have found my timepiece. I adore the look and weight of the watch. It is not over the top...with diamonds. Yet, it reflects an understated elegance with any attire. It attracts the attention and recognition of those possessing a discerning eye for quality and the exceptional.
Conn: The 18K gold bezel and gold bracelet links scratch very easily, which takes away for the appeal of the highly polished/glossy finish of the watch. Plus, you must manually correct the date for the last 1-3 days of each month that has fewer than 31 days. Otherwise, I like my 18K/SS Roadster!
