(More customer reviews)After doing some research, I decided to purchase this beautiful Gucci watch for my husband to celebrate our 9 year anniversary. Outside of plane tickets, I've never purchased anything of substantial value online.I thought that by purchasing the watch through Amazon rather than one of their retailers, it would be a safe purchase.My husband was so excited when he saw his gift and when he tried it on and began to attempt to set the time, the knob broke off. I cannot even begin to describe how mortified I was.I will never get that moment back after weeks of planning just how I would deliver this surprise.I'm not sure if it the watch was cheaper through Amazon than Nordstoms because it is a knock off, or if it was refurbished.Either way, the description read NEW.Since there is not a department I can call and complain to, this review will have to suffice.
After that purchase, but before the arrival of the watch, I ordered my two year old a tricycle...I hope nothing falls off.Used books, sure.Gucci watch with diamonds...never again.
