The bracelet has thick triangular links that's hard to see in a picture. And yes, the gold is yellow gold in color. On pics it looks copper looking but that's not the case. The clasp is very nice, and the watch just has a good weight to it. My wife loves petite watches, but this one is petite and a little heavy. It's a nice balance between two different styles of watches. We love it. I just love looking at it on her wrist. A very unique handsom looking watch with solid form without being too masculine.
