(More customer reviews)I had my eyes on this for a while, then lucked out and found it significantly reduced at the local Dillard's.
The watch is solid, the crystal top takes tons of abuse, and keeps looking good. There are some minor scratches on the metal, but with being a daily wearer, it's to be expected, and really is minimal.
After a month, the band broke. I took it to the department store, they fixed it, and it broke again.Really just came apart.
I contacted Reactor, and they said, send it to us and we'll make it right and get it back to you ASAP.
I sent it in, and they changed the battery, replaced the band, cleaned it and overnighted it back to me all within 2 days!
That is awesome customer service.
Even when you need a battery change, they will do all of this for you from now on.I don't know of any other company that stands behind their products like this one.
The superluminova seems to only last for an hour or so, then it is no longer visible. They have a newer technology on some watches that is supposed to be better.
