The guilloche dial does not show up well in the photograph, but it is a great part of why this watch is so spectacular.The contrast of the black dial with the gold hands and complications is pleasing and tastefully done.I wanted it in black, because all my other watches have white dials.I have never had a pushbutton "butterfly" clasp before, and found it a little difficult to understand and set up at first.But -- once it is set up, it is so quick and convenient!I wish that all my watches had this type of clasp.Also, the initial setting of the moonphase, day and date is a little troublesome at first, but the instructions were clear, and once it was set properly, it has given no trouble.In case you cannot tell from the photograph, the watch case is not round, but is actually slightly oval.This gives it a very graceful appearance.I have had this watch for five months, and it has been working perfectly.This is my first watch by Stuhrling, and I plan on buying others.If you're thinking of buying it, you won't be disappointed!
