I got the 800 seires T3C310, it is really a nice watch and pretty reliable. But a problem occured with the gum ring just under the rotating bezel. It's not of quality and it stains the inside of shirt sleeve with black marks. I brought the issue to TX Watch customer service but no follow-up...
Just replacing it with a good quality silicon would resolve the problem in no time. But it seems the demons of Timex poor customer service are still alived!
