(More customer reviews)First of all, the product doesn't look anything like the picture. The color of the hands in the picture are black. On the actual watch, they are gold. The face also isn't the same color as the picture. The watch looks very cheap in person. I received this watch as a present from my boyfriend. When I tried to return or exchange it, watchzone.com told me that I could not return it because it was purchased over 30 days ago...but I had only received it and seen it 3 days ago. The supervisor Robert told me that there was nothing that he could do (not even exchange it even though it didn't look anything like the picture). Further, he was so rude on the phone that he actually brought me to tears. This watch had not been worn at all and still had all of the packaging and wrapping on it, and he said that he didn't believe me. I told him that I could send it back and that if it wasn't in perfect condition with all of the wrapping that I would take it back...and he still refused. These people are rude and don't send you products that look like the pictures. Do NOT shop here unless you want to waste your money, end up with a horrible product, and have mean customer service people talk down to you. Every store that I know of will at least exchange a product if it hasn't been used even if more than 30 days have gone by. Rude customer service ruins companies...this company has a lot of bad karma.
