(More customer reviews)I got the watch in April and the face cracked in September while I was looking at the face of the watch (insert jokes about my appearance).This happened at sea level, indoors and without anything hitting the watch.Customer service indicated its a common problem, but I would still have to pay to ship it to them and then add $9.00 to get the watch back from them.I've had Skagen watches in the past and quality control seems to be a bigger problem than the value of their attractive design.
