(More customer reviews)I received this watch as a christmas gift from my parents. Its a beautiful watch, and I wore it daily, but yesterday the bezel cracked after I set it down on my night table. I was under the impression this was a quality watch and didn't think it would break already.. I've only had it for a little over 2 months! Anyway, I've found it impossible to contact the manufacturer, and I can't find anyone near me who sells these watches. I feel awful that my parents dropped over $200 on a watch that barely lasted, and I cannot seem to get find a way to get it fixed. And its been well over 30 days so I can't return it to [...] where they ordered it. If anyone that is reading this review has owned a LeChateau watch and knows where to get one serviced, please let me know. Thank you
