(More customer reviews)Contrary to the views expressed by another reviewer, I think this is a beautiful and very elegant watch. The bracelet is mostly a "silver" tone, mixed with "gold" in a sort of basket-weave design. The face of the watch is mother of pearl, accented by two diamonds at the 12 o'clock position and a single diamond at every number, except the three o'clock position, which is where the date is located. The entire face of the watch is encircled by a diamond border. I think the size of he diamonds is perfect for the size of the face of the watch. In my view, larger diamonds would detract from the elegance of this timepiece. The hands are "gold" in color.
This watch can be worn with all but the most casual clothing and would be suitable for either day or evening wear.
The two-tone bracelet is rather long and I needed to have a few links removed to ensure a proper fit. It will accommodate almost any size of woman's wrist.
I know that it will keep excellent time because it's a Seiko and I've owned a few watches of this brand over the years. I've never had a problem with any of them.
I was delighed with this purchase and I'd buy this watch again in a heartbeat!
